Baikal really has a lot of rivers good for rafting also with catamaran and kayak. In high mountings of Eastern Sayan Mountains there are canyons of Oka River. Here you will see flows of stiffened lava surrounded with Sayan Mountains. We need to mention that Oka River is good for fishing also.

One of the classical rafting in Baikal area is over Irkut River. Irkuts begins in ice cellars of Munku-Sardyk Mountain that is the highest top in Eastern Sideria and goes to Irkutsk City. The river is tentatively divided into upper Irkut and middle one. Two-day rafting over upper Irkut is full of adrenaline, lots of rifts and riffles. The great advantage is a highway along the river.

Irkut River is calmer in middle but still have  mountain character. Two-three day route from Anchukc to Shamanka River is good for any level of experience. Irkut rafting is always smile and new positive emotions. This not difficult route is good for everyone and even professionals are to like it.

For extreme funs we have a surprise. Rafting over Khara-Murin River which begins in ranges of Chamar-Daban.  Its perfect for those who want to see all gorgeous sights of Baikal mountains and feel power of mountain rivers.

Many people like rafting in Snezhnaya River in Baikal eastern shore. This river differentiates in every place and fishing here is good! One of its advantages is that it goes directly to Lake Baikal.

Baikal's area rafting rivers are all different. Rivers of North Baikal are quait and calm; boisterous of Sayan Mountain Rivers have canyons and raging flows. Eastern side of Lake Baikal which begin in Chamar-Daban range will bring our boats just to the great Baikal.
