A Luxe Room is a spacious (63 square metres) and exquisitely decorated double room nestled in the best location within the residence and featuring spectacular panoramic views of Baikal. The designer interior adds to the unity with nature idea.

The Premium Rooms range from 27 to 35 square metres of space. The rooms offer all the ingredients for complete comfort and relaxation. All the rooms are in modern “merchant’s” style, equipped with the best furniture and accessories and Italian bathroom and lavatory equipment.
