Freeride at lake Baikal

Free-ride in Davan is a great opportunity to breath clean and fresh air. U have to feel the energy of hight mountains and the bright Sun. its a lot of white snow, which you can use for active sports like skiing and snowboarding.

During the winter here falls up to 5-6 feet of pure white snow. Steep lobby, wide slopes, snow cornices and puffing of the Baikal Mountains. All this not just for experienced riders, but for everybody, who love free-riding, downhill skiing or snowboarding.

Day 1

Meeting at the airport of Irkutsk. Transfer to the helicopter pad, which is located near Irkutsk. Flight to Olkhon Island (flight time –1,5 hours). Upon the arrival you will have an excursion on the Island and watch icy rock shelters. Lunch. Boarding a high speed hovercraft. Heading to Kotelnikovsky bay (cruise time – 5 hours). Upon the arrival accommodation at twin or double room at the tourist center “At Kotelnikovskiy bay”. Dinner. Rest.

Day 2-3

Breakfast at the tourist center. Check-out. Transfer to Davan Pass. It is a unique free-ride resort in Baikal mountain range slope. Going to the top of the hill by a snowcat. Mountain skiing or snowboarding. Accommodation at the hotel “Olymp” at twin or double standard rooms.

Meals included: breakfast, dinner. Lunch is paid extra.

Day 4

Breakfast at the hotel. Tour on snowmobile to the icy Lake Frolikha, which is located on the opposite shore of Lake Baikal. Duration of the tour - 3 hours. Picnic. In the evening you will arrive to “At Kotelnikovsky bay” tourist center. Accommodation. Dinner. Rest.

Meals included: breakfast, picnic, dinner.

Day 5

After breakfast we will return to Irkutsk. You will get to Olkhon island by a hovercraft (the cruise time is about 6 hours). From Olkhon island to Irkutsk you will go by minibus (transfer time – 4 hours). Upon the arrival accommodation at the hotel “Zvezda” in twin or double standard rooms. Dinner at the restaurant of the hotel.

Meals included: breakfast, lunchbox, dinner.

Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out. Transfer to the airport of Irkutsk. Flight.
